TIL 40th Anniversary

Technology for Independent Living (TIL) is a government-sponsored program in British Columbia that provides people with disabilities access to much needed assistive technology. Augmented Communication Systems and Environmental Control Systems allow people with severe disabilities to gain independence in their own homes. JoAnn, Jeannette and Terry have been in this program for over 30 years and cannot imagine life without it.
